4. Order Confirmation

Clients confirm selected items, quantities, finishes, and any customization details.

5. Proforma Invoice & Deposit

We issue a proforma invoice, and the client secures the order by paying the agreed deposit.

6. Production

Products are crafted according to confirmed details, we have quality check at every step during production.

7. Quality Inspection & Packing

Our QC team performs rigorous checks on each item, ensuring they meet agreed quality standards before packing.

8. Balance Payment & Shipment

Once the balance payment is received, we arrange shipping via our trusted logistics partners and provide tracking details.
