At Kalyste, we create custom-made furniture for international clients, distributors, and interior designers. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Production & Quality Check

  • All furniture is hand-crafted to order.

  • Production typically takes 4–8 weeks.

  • Every item undergoes a strict quality check before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We ship worldwide via express courier, air freight, or sea freight, depending on order size and destination.

  • Shipping costs are calculated per order; customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times (Estimated)

  • Express Courier: 5–10 business days

  • Air Freight: 1–3 weeks

  • Sea Freight: 3–6 weeks

Note: Customs or local regulations may cause slight delays.

Handling & Insurance

  • Furniture is carefully packed to ensure safe transport.

  • We recommend insurance for high-value orders.

  • Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Custom orders are updated during production and dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom-made items cannot be returned.

  • Exchanges or replacements are possible only in cases of defects or damage during transit.
